The subject of the procurement is Impact Study of Productivity-enhancing Private R&D and Growth Investments. Please see attachment 1 (procurement description for more details). Evaluation outcomes are as follows: 1. Final report in Word format and Power Point slides of results in English 2. Presentation of the final results in the steering group meeting 3. Impact Brief (5-7 pages long Word document of main findings) in Finnish 4. Evaluation Summary (PPT document). As the outcome of the project, a report in the English language will be produced. A draft report must be submitted to the project steering group for comments no later than on 2.11.2026, and the final report and all the other evaluation outcomes must be completed by 16.11.2026. The supplier undertakes to comply with these schedules. This tendering competition is reverse tendering (quality 100 % in tender comparison). The price of the procurement is fixed 127 000 € (alv 0 %).
